2. Placing an order

When you place an order at www.studio29.store, you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. Studio.29 stores your information in accordance with our personal data policy.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation. when we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail. Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.

3. Prices & payment

When shopping at www.studio29.store you will get information about the price in total including delivery costs before the final confirmation. All prices indicated on www.studio29.store are inclusive VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices.

You can use the following payment methods: Credit card, Iyzico and PayPal. We receive the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

If we suspect a fraud payment then we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for personal picture ID together with the last four digits on the creditcard used for the payment.
